Pai-Yen Chung is a Certified Financial Planner, an Investment Advisor Representative, and Branch Office Manager at Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. Pai-Yen is also an Executive Vice Chairman and member of the Director’s Circle for World Financial Group. He has also served on the Transamerica Life Distributor Advisory Council and helped in product development and new agent engagement. His area of expertise includes Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Portfolio Management, Insurance, Taxation, and Estate Planning.

Pai-Yen, alongside his wife and business partner Eileen Huynh, continues to dedicate their time building a financial legacy for their two children while helping other families and individuals plan for their future generations. In addition, he is a frequent speaker for groups associated with business owners, physicians, teachers, churches, woman groups, and other organizations to provide seminars that focuses on four cornerstones of financial success, which are protection, growth, safety, and tax advantage.

With 27 years of experience, they have built multiple offices in the New York Metropolitan area and have mentored thousands of agents to become successful in their careers. Their recent achievements include being named “Big Goals Big Impact in 2012” and “Own Your Future in 2013 featured in Forbes Magazine.” They continue to work out of their main office in Edison, NJ and are continually expanding to new locations within the United States.

Many good advice I recieved came from different people all through my WFG career and my advise is to get as much good advise from successful business leaders as well.

Alex Nguyen, a long-time entrepreneur, is a CEO Marketing Director at World Financial Group. Alex was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States at the age of 10.

Alex opened his business in electronic/Karaoke in Virginia in 1992. He pioneered and led this industry for the next three years. Until one day, he was introduced to WFG.

In 1996, He started with WFG as a part time and was licensed six months later.

He has been a business owner and leader in the financial services industry for over 20 years and now has a team and offices across the United States - from New Jersey, New York, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, California and all the way to Hawaii. Today, Alex has relocated to Houston, Texas to continue building his financial services business alongside his wife, Stephanie, and their four children.

Despite having a team from coast to coast, Alex and Stephanie have a deep passion for helping families. Along with his wife and his daughter, Tracie Luong, they are building up teams in major part of Texas to serve the communities.

What is the best advice somebody gave you and who is that person who gave you it to you?

1. Be coachable and follow your SMD’s direction

2. Commit attend twice weekly training and attend all big events

3. Make 20-25 hours weekly to master the basic presentation like : recruiting, sales presentation and fast start a new associate

Background:

Michael Lam currently resides in Whitestone, NY with wife Amy and young daughters 11 and 14 years old.

He came to US from Hong Kong in 1980 earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from St. John’s University. He is multi-lingual, fluent in three Chinese dialects and English.

Started 2012 with World Financial Group and currently operates 3 branches in NYC with 100+ licensed associates. He achieved many awards and reached one of the most distinguishable promotion which is CEO Marketing Director in 2016.

Prior to World Financial Group, Michael has been a real estate broker since year 2000. He was a Director of Long Island Board of Realtors in 2011. He became the Vice President Greater Flushing - Chamber of Commerce in 2017. He was also the Federal Political Coordinator for Congress woman Grace Meng from 2014 to 2017.
